THE Vale 50+ Strategy Forum will be celebrating International Older People's Day by holding a fashion show/pampering/information event on Thursday, October 1.
The clothes are provided by a well-known local fashion chain; modelled by their very own 50+ models.
At the event you can sing along with a lively choir, there will be taster sessions on a range of pampering activities; including head and hand massage, reflexology, plus taster sessions of Tai Chi, you can try out laptops and tablets and visit a range of information and advice stalls.
Free refreshments provided throughout the day. The event is in the main ground hall of the Memo Arts Centre, Gladstone Road, Barry from 10am until 3pm.
This is a free event. All ages are welcome.
