MARIE Curie will be holding a Walk to Remember on Sunday, August 30.

Friends and family are encouraged to take part in the 10k walk around Cardiff Castle to raise money for people living with a terminal illness.

Before the walk, which starts at 6.30pm, you can join in their warm up with Pure Gym and after the walk; everyone can enjoy an evening of celebrations as the sun goes down, including live music from Perfect Day party band, Circus Malabaristas Fire performers and much more.

Registration is £10 per person (children under-16 go free; on the night adult registration is £20) and there is a minimum fundraising ask of £100, which pays for five hours of care from Marie Curie.

All funds raised will help Marie Curie provide care and support to people living with a terminal illness and their loved ones, whether that’s at home, or in the Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth.

By signing up for Walk to Remember in Cardiff and reaching the fundraising target, you’ll be helping Marie Curie provide expert care, guidance and support to help people living with a terminal illness get the most from their time.
