FORMER pupils of Ysgol Gymraeg Sant Baruc are invited to attend a get together event at the Park Hotel on Friday, August 14.
In 2013, AFIAITH a group of former pupils of the school was established and their previous meetings have proved very popular with about 100 ex-pupils attending.
It has been a great way of catching up with old friends, making new ones and getting to grips again with the language.
The evenings are totally relaxed and informal. Activities have included skittles, quizzes, folk dancing, digital film showing, singing and lots more.
Don’t worry if your Welsh is a bit rusty and you haven’t spoken the language since you were in school – everyone worries about this. You’ll be surprised by how much you will actually remember.
If you have children and they currently attend a Welsh school the evening will help with speaking to your child.
The evening starts at 8pm.
