THIS summer families can take part in the RSPB's Big Wild Sleepout with an extra special one held on Flat Holm Island on Saturday, August 8.
Families are invited to spend a wild night on the island thanks to RSPB Cymru’s Giving Nature a Home in Cardiff project, delivered in partnership with the City of Cardiff Council.
Surrounded by the amazing Severn Estuary, families can enjoy pirate-sized views, discover the island’s natural treasure on a shoreline safari, hunt for bugs, count the stars, toast marshmallows and enjoy a family camping trip like no other.
Booking is essential with tickets costing £24 for adult RSPB members, £30 for adult non-members, £12 for child RSPB members and £15 for child non-members.
All tickets include the return boat crossing, landing fees, camping fees, all guided activities. To book please visit the website https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/big-wild-sleepout-2015-flat-holm-island-tickets-17745293651.
