TOP Michael Jackson impersonator, Navi, will be leading a night full of entertainment for charity Diabetes UK Cymru.

Navi will be supported by other special guest tributes Bruno Mars and Olly Murs at the Memo Arts Centre, Barry on Sunday, March 22.

Leanne Emmerson, 30, is a keen fundraiser for the charity and hopes that organising this concert will be a fun way to raise awareness of diabetes and help support the 182,000 people living with it in Wales.

Leanne said: “I’ve been living with Type 1 diabetes since I was 22 years old and I know what a huge impact it can have on your life. I’m always trying to think up new ideas to help raise funds to help other people living with diabetes across Wales and I’m a huge Michael Jackson fan so this concert seemed like a great idea.

“Being able to get Navi to perform here in Wales was really exciting and I hope other people come along and bring the whole family to dance the night away.”

Doors open at 5.30pm with tickets costing £15 each.

Tickets are available from the Memo Arts Centre box office on 01446 738622 or online at www.ents24.com.

Diabetes UK Cymru are offering VIP tickets for £20 that include a programme and goody bag and guarantees you a seat in the front four rows that can be booked by calling 02920 668276 or emailing wales@diabetes.org.uk.

The proceeds of the concert will be donated to Diabetes UK Cymru, a charity that cares for, connects with and campaigns for the 182,000 people living with diabetes in Wales.
