WITH no 6 Nations match on Sunday, February 22, why not head to the Paget Rooms, Penarth to join Grand Slam winning rugby star Ian Gough at the Best of You exhibition.

The event takes place from 10.30am until 5pm with the Newport Gwent Dragons forward, capped 64 times for Wales, signing autographs and taking part in activities from noon until 1.30pm.

The Best of You exhibition is for anyone wanting to improve their physical, emotional and spiritual health. It is an opportunity to discover the best in health and wellbeing, and will promote fitness, nutrition, beauty, and holistic therapies.

There will be plenty to do including workshops, taster sessions and fitness demonstrations plus talks from authors and nutritionists.

You can also sample some delicious and healthy food and drink. The exhibitors at the event are local businesses who specialise in health and wellbeing.

As well as getting the ‘Best of You’, the day will aim to get the best for others too through the exhibition’s featured charity Follow Your Dreams. There will be some fantastic prizes available throughout the day to raise money for this great cause.

The South Wales based charity encourages children and young people with learning disabilities to follow their dreams, realise their potential, and fulfil their ambitions to gain work experience and employment.

The Wales and British and Irish Lions star Mike Phillips is a patron of the charity and they boast Cardiff City Football Club as one of their corporate sponsors.

The Best of You exhibition organiser Jenny Gunnarsson of Jenisis Healing said: “It promises to be a day full of fun and hands on learning. We want people to know what is out there to help them and to see what all these great local businesses can offer them. We are also delighted to be supporting a great charity.”

Tickets to the exhibition cost £3 and can be bought online at www.thebestofyouexhibition.co.uk or on the day.
