DYFFRYN Gardens has been running a series of lectures throughout winter on the second Tuesday of each month with the upcoming one being the last.

The last speaker is Stella Lyons who will be imparting her wisdom onto the audience with her talk on ‘The Naked Truth about Victorians: The Nude in 19th Century Art’.

Experience Dyffryn house in a new way learning something new and soaking up the atmosphere of the house.

Gerry Donovan, General Manager, Dyffryn Gardens said “Dyffryn house has been used as a conference centre throughout the late 80s and 90s. Our local visitors keep telling us how much they enjoyed coming here for courses and indeed coming back to see how much it has changed since then. We want to rekindle that spark of learning. We’re celebrating the final lecture this February and making it a part of Dyffryn’s story today.”

Tickets cost £15 per person and the price includes entry into the gardens so you can spend the afternoon wandering the grounds.

Booking is essential so please call 02920 590813 to secure your place.

Due to the fantastic success of this year’s programme of lectures Dyffryn Gardens will be running another series throughout winter 2015.
