THIS March get together with family, friends, work colleagues or your school and hold a tea party or coffee morning for Welsh Hearts.
Help fundraise for the heart charity for Wales and help them to save lives.
You can host a cake sale at school or work or a coffee morning or tea party with friends to raise much needed funds.
Your event can be held during the official Wales’ Biggest Tea Party month from March 1 to 31 or any time during the spring.
All monies raised in Wales is spent in Wales on heart research, funding defibrillators in the local community, CPR training in secondary schools and organisations and heart screening sessions.
