THIS December get involved in the Welsh Hearts the Great Cardiff Bay Santa and Elf Dash.
Get into the Christmas spirit and raise much needed funds by running, jogging or walking 5k around Mermaid Quay and Cardiff Bay.
The Santa and Elf Dash will take place on Sunday, December 7 and is suitable for all ages.
Registration is just £5 and includes a t-shirt, water, refreshments, goody bag and a certificate, all you have to do is raise as much sponsorship as possible.
All children under 16 are encouraged to wear fancy dress with prizes for the best dressed.
