TO commemorate the centenary of World War One and to raise money for charity come to Six Bells House, Penmark on Thursday, November 20. From 7pm those present will be able to join in with songs from a century ago.
Tickets cost £10 and all funds raised will go towards equipping and training St John Cymru Wales volunteers in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. A chicken and chips supper is included.

The 11th Barry Sea Scout Group is holding their annual Christmas Fair on Saturday, November 22 from noon until 4pm. Father Christmas will be attending Whitecrest II, Ilminster Street, Barry where there will also be a BBQ, prize draw, cake stall, tombola and more.
All proceeds from the Christmas Fair will be going towards the Scout Group funds to help them on their First District Week Camp in 2015.
Cadoxton Christian Spiritualist Church is holding a table top sale on Saturday, November 22 from 10am until 2pm. Tables are £5 each and admission is £1 (if you have your own table please bring it).
