CLINT Edwards and Robin Morgan are looking for Wales’ most exciting new Welsh comic to take part in Cardiff’s Comedy Carousel which launches this October.
Held at The Glee Club, Cardiff, the new night will rewrite Thursday evening entertainment. Featuring a high level of audience interaction, live use of the internet and a competitive element that will see up-and-coming performers put their skills to the test; no two of the regular Thursday night shows will ever be the same.
The Welsh comedy scene is close to both comics’ hearts having launched their respective careers in Wales. Since then both have become regulars on the UK circuit with Clint supporting Rhod Gilbert on tour and co-hosting the Welsh comic’s regular BBC Radio Wales show and Robin having had a sitcom commissioned by BBC Radio Wales.
Cardiff Comedy Carousel will take place every Thursday from October 30 with tickets costing £11 or £16.50 including food and £5 for students.
