FORMER Barry boy, Arnold Lowrey, is holding an exhibition of his own work at the Norwegian Church, Cardiff Bay.
Arnold has been painting for over 40 years and will present his work from October 6-12.
He paints in watercolours, oils, pastels and acrylics and over the last 20 years he has tutored thousands of painting sessions.
He regularly demonstrates for art societies and runs workshops in all media.
He has taught in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and the USA and even on cruise ships.
Arnold is self taught and has advanced by taking from artists he admires most including William “Skip” Lawrence, John Yardley, Joseph Zbukvic, Robert Wade, Alvaro Castignet and more.
