BARRY churches are inviting people to get into the drinking spirit at a Beer Festival this October.
The Parishes of Cadoxton-juxta-Barry and of Merthyr Dyfan have teamed up with the Vale of Glamorgan Brewery to host a Ploughman’s buffet suffer.
The event includes tastings of a selection of Welsh beers brewed by the Vale of Glamorgan Brewery.
A pint will cost £2 and half a pint £1.
Wine and soft drinks are available.
The event will take place at St Paul’s hall, St Paul’s Avenue, Barry, from 7pm on Friday, October 10.
