l ON Tuesday, September 30 the Vale 50+ Strategy Forum will celebrate its ten year birthday at Barry Memorial Hall, Gladstone Road. The event will run from 10am until 3pm with a Bon Marche fashion show at 11am, with 50+ Forum members as the models, followed by ‘A Big Tea Party’ from 12.30pm until 3pm with free cake, tea and coffee.
There will also be lots of information stands, a choir, workshops, and computer taster sessions.
Free entry and all are welcome.
l A Charity Coffee morning will be held by Cadoxton WI on September 23. It will take place at the Civic Offices and tickets cost £1.50 or you can pay on the door. Proceeds will go to Coastal Watch and Cadoxton Primary School.
