THE Glee Club, Cardiff, has announced a variety of line-ups for their Best In Live Stand-up Comedy shows. Throughout September you’ll be able to watch some of the best comedians around.
Some of the great acts you’ll be able to catch are Dan Thomas, Ellie Taylor, Eddy Brimson, Tiffany Stevenson, Ian Smith, Pete Johnasson, Gary Delaney and many more. On the dates of Friday, Septmebr 12 and Saturday, 13 James Acaster will be up on the stage.
James Acaster is one comedian to watch as he gains notoriety for his incredibly funny performances. He is the Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee 2012 and 2013 and winner of Best International Show Award 2014 at the Melbourne Comedy Awards.
You’ll have seen James on Nevermind the Buzzcocks, 8 Out of 10 Cats and Russell Howard’s Good News. Heard on James Acaster’s Findings (Radio 4) and The Josh Widdicombe Show (XFM).
James is currently performing his latest show 'Recognise' at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and will also be supporting Milton Jones at Glee Club Cardiff for the sold out show on Thursday, September 11.
