GET your dancing shoes on and join in the charity dance party of the year this August - at Cardiff's iconic Millennium Stadium.

The Dance Mania Charity Dance Party is giving you the chance to get some great exercise and fun ‘Zumba-style’ at the home of Welsh sport.

And what's more – it will all be for a great cause as the event is raising money for the cancer charity, Look Good Feel Better.

Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) is the only international cancer support charity, providing practical and very effective free services for women and teenagers suffering from the visible side effects from cancer treatment.

LGFB is dedicated to improving the wellbeing and self-confidence of people undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. Many beneficiaries say that LGFB helped them regain a sense of control and normality at a time when diagnosis and treatment had taken over their lives.

Tickets for the event, which starts at 10am (meet at 9.30am for registration) on Sunday, August 3, are just £10 each and are available from Boots (Queen Street Cardiff), Henry's Bar (Park Place) or by calling 07971 456575.

There will be an after-event party from 6pm onwards at Henry's Bar. There will be live music from Jamie Morgan and Chris James.
