Trike joy for Farrah

BRITTLE bones sufferer Farrah Moseley couldn't believe her luck when her beloved tricycle was returned to her - weeks after being stolen.

Farrah, aged ten, was devastated when her specially adapted trike was taken from her garden almost a month ago.

The trike was the only way the ten-year-old Palmerston Primary pupil could keep up with her friends when playing outside.

The Barry and District News asked readers if they had seen the trike, and within weeks, a kind-hearted reader spotted it in a lane and handed it in to the police.

Farrah's mum Nicola said: "Farrah was elated when she got her bike back. It's a bit bashed - it looks like someone tried to take it apart.

"But Farrah can still whiz up and down the street on it!

"I'm really grateful to the person who found it."
