Shameful

I am writing to express my concern about the state of the pavements around the town with dog excrement everywhere and litter by the ton.

When are we going to see the persons responsible for this pollution being fined and "named and shamed"?

I walk from my home to the Co-op store on Colcot Road every day and have noticed the level of dog fouling is disgusting along Baird Rise.

I have lived in Barry for 58 years and the town seems to be deteriorating. Our streets are increasingly becoming a health hazard thanks to the small number of dirty, lazy people in need of training as much as their animals.
