Woman found dead

A BARRY woman has been found dead at a house in Nottingham.

Police are investigating the death of Kate Elizabeth Angell, 24, after her body was found at around 8am on Saturday in the Carlton area of the city.

The cause of her death has not yet been established, but is being investigated by the Nottinghamshire Police and a Home Office pathologist.

A post-mortem examination was carried out over the weekend in Leicester.

The results of original toxicology tests are still being awated and more tests are being carried out.

The family of the dead woman, who are still believed to be in South Wales, have been informed.

Bouquets of flowers were left against the front door of the house where the body was discovered.

It is believed a man in his thirties, his girlfriend and a baby lived at the house. They are thought to have lived there for four to six months.

A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Police said: "The body of a woman in her 20s was found at the address and officers are investigating the circumstances in which she died."
