Have say on town

HAVE your say! Barry Town Council has launched a survey to find out what people think about their town.

A Steering Group has been set up to carry this out, and nine community representatives are being sought to help prepare a draft Action Plan.

Public meetings are taking place at the Cwm Talwg Community Hall (Plas Cleddau) and Palmerston Community Learning Centre (Cadoc Crescent) to allow representatives to explain the objectives of the Town Survey, to answer questions, and to encourage volunteers to step forward to serve as community representatives.

The meetings will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 14 and 15, respectively, starting at 7pm.

If you are interested in taking part as a member of the Steering Group, contact the Executive Officer, on 01446 704926 for further information.
