AIR Cadets from 2300 (St Athan) Squadron held their annual Christmas Ball at RAF St Athan - completing another year of exciting activities and challenges.
The ball was held in recognition of the cadets' hard work during the last 12 months.

2005 has seen the cadets fly in the modern Grob Tutor aircraft, and some of the more brave cadets experienced the thrills of aerobatics.
Cadets have also flown in the Vigilant glider, with some cadets flying the glider solo.
The cadets have also enjoyed firing live weapons, honing their skills and achieving high standards of marksmanship.
This year has seen the cadets achieve 25 Duke of Edinburgh Awards and next year promises even more success.
The cadets have also experienced, campcraft, fieldcraft, sport, army confidence courses and leadership training.
This year cadets have travelled far and wide to Nijmegen in Holland, Ypres in Belgium and Sweden.
Throughout the year the cadets have completed 1,600 hours of community service, raising 3,500 between them, supporting the Royal Air Forces Association, Royal British Legion, MacMillan Cancer and Ty Hafan.
