Rubbish way to lay blame

IN response to J Evans (Barry and District News, July 14), can I ask who he thinks drops rubbish in Barry Town Centre?

I am sure it is not the council"s cleansing department so I think it is unfair to criticise the staff and always lay blame at their door.

I have recently moved from Penarth to Barry and, in my opinion, the council does an excellent, yet thankless job keeping both towns clean.

It"s about time everyone took responsibility for their own actions.

That way our council tax could be spent on improving services for everyone and not wasted on cleaning up after the minority.
