Traffic hell

SINCE the introduction of a one-way system in Holton Road due to the work on-going there, there has been a significant and dangerous increase of traffic in Gladstone Road, which is completely unacceptable.

The road in normal times is extremely busy, as it is a main arterial way for traffic both for the town and through it.

Now with the heavy site traffic and lorries and the continuous convoy of fleets of buses which have had to be re-routed, the situation is quite ridiculous.

This must not be allowed to continue once the work has been completed in King's Square and Holton Road.

This part of Gladstone Road close to the major junction at Tynewydd Road lights is a residential area and does not warrant this amount of traffic.
