REGARDING the zebra crossing on Bassett/Holton Road.
The road has been narrowed on the above crossing.
This crossing now has zig-zag lines with permitted parking spaces INSIDE the zig-zags.
Can someone from the Vale Council explain when this regulation changed?
Or does the council have its own highway laws?
