I'm all right

THIS is an open letter to Cllr WIlliams.

I am one of the certain people in Rhoose you are anxious could be planning to take the council to the High Court over the Unitary Development Plan.

Your concern now for my welfare is touching, but misplaced.

I am certain that any council which has done such a fine job in planning Rhoose Point, with the many recreational, employment, retail, leisure, environmental, educational and community benefits it has brought to the village, can have nothing to fear from a judicial review.

What villager does not smile and say: "Our council has kept us fully informed" or: "Fantastic idea - turn Rhoose into a dormitory town for Cardiff!"

The councillor has no planning application for a 'make up the numbers infill housing estate' before him at the moment?

Everyone in Rhoose is certain it will be there soon.
