Christ's tree appearance

I BOUGHT the enclosed picture (right) some years ago in a second-hand shop in Aberdare.

It was taken in Cinccinati in America more than 100 years ago.

In the branches of the tree you can see a full-length image of Christ.

As we have just celebrated Easter, I thought it would be a fitting reminder to people of what Easter is all about.

We tend to think of Easter as a few days off work and the children having time off school instead of it being an important religious festival.
