MAY I suggest to anyone having purchased unsatisfactory food products, to first inform the Food and Hygiene Officer (01446 709105) before returning the product to the store.

Then you have the satisfaction that it has been investigated by the right authorities in case you are not completely satisfied with how you have been treated.

My experience - a packet of rancid chicken.

Compensation - a replacement packet and £3 in vouchers.
