    AS a lifelong supporter of the Labour Party, and a strong advocate of Tony Blair and the Labour Government, in its quest to rid the world of terrorists such as the murderous Al-Zarquiwi and his followers, I feel deeply offended by the letter in the Barry & District News of (October 21), by Karl-James Langford, which accused Tony Blair and his government, and the supporters of said party, of having blood on our hands. I certainly do not feel guilty of mass murder in Iraq, and it would seem that Mr Langford's letter was politically motivated. To score cheap and nasty party political points off such an important and emotive subject, smacks of cowardice and opportunism. read more
