An eyesore

WHY has the exterior of the Gibbonsdown Children's Centre been left to deteriorate so badly?

The building is an absolute eyesore. The paint is virtually non-existent and the graffiti needs removing and as for the bars around the roof it looks like Alcatraz.

The good work inside that is being undertaken does not reflect on the dreadful visual impact as one is driving past.

Surely a lick of paint would smarten up this sadly neglected site?
