CD Review - Bryan Adams Room Service

BRYAN WHO? Oh right - Bryan Adams; the guy who was in the charts for millions of years when Robin Hood Prince of Thieves came out in the cinema.

Well he's just released a new album called Room Service, and that's about as exciting as it gets to be brutally honest.

The old crooner is still crooning, his lyrics are still soppy and romantic and the melodies are all pretty much the same.

A bit harsh maybe, but there is nothing really remarkable about any of the tracks on this CD.

His gravelly voice was heard in every shopping centre, lift and car radio for months at one time. But Bryan Adams seems to have got himself stuck in the same rut, and it's getting a bit boring now.

On the bright side, this is a good one to get for rainy nights with a good book because there are no crashing guitars and discordant harmonies - nothing to break your concentration.
