Priorities of council

SIR - CAN anyone explain how the Council determines its priorities?

The outside perimeter fence of the skip site at Sully has had all the undergrowth which covered the field side of the site cut back again.

And yet the footpath around Cadoxton School which used to be cut on a regular basis has not been cut for at least two years and is now practically impassable.

In order to use the steps leading from Victoria Park Road adjacent to the Infants School one has to push back the bushes which nearly block them. The same also applies to the old parish road from the bottom of Church Road to Victoria Park.

It seems to me that the council think more about maintaining the outside of the rubbish dump at Sully than they do about paths around the school which - when they were properly maintained - were used by school children and parents taking their children to school.
