Muscling in on Mr Universe title

MR WALES 2004, Simon Horsel, has recently come back from two very important competitions, one was the European Champion-ships Bodybuilding in Malta.

Simon was up against some extremely good competition, and he came fifth in Europe. Simon then flew from Malta straight to the Gold Coast in Australia, where he competed in Nabba Mr World Body-building Championships, again against the best in the world from all countries.

This time Simon did extremely well and came second in the world in his class, this is an amazing feat as Simon has only been bodybuilding for 18 months.

He is a completely natural bodybuilder and only uses protein drinks and vitamins from extreme nutrition, which is supplied by Healthfit Llantwit Major.

Simon trains at Muscle and Fitness, Barry Island, and anyone interested in bodybuilding is welcome to go down and ask Simon's advice.

Simon would like to thank Guy Sillett, Club KNC, for the use of tanning equipment, Debbie and Paul Long, and Tadross Hotels, Barry, and also thank his wife and family for all their support and help.

Simon has now qualified for Mr Universe in Kidderminster in October, where he hopes to place highly and do his family friends and Barry proud.
