THE LEAGUE of Friends of Barry Hospital would like to extend their personal thanks to all those dedicated loyal supporters from Barry and the Vale who attended their recent hospital fete. The event was a record breaking success raising a fantastic figure of £4,000. Special thanks to all those businesses and organisation who also supported the event by offering sponsorship. Thanks to all those outside organisations who had tables to support their own charities.

A big thank you to Barry Brass Band and 372 ATC Squadron Band. Also thanks to Desert Divas who entertained the crowd with their belly dancing. Also thanks to Derek Brockway for attending the fete and letting the sun shine for us. It was a fantastic afternoon, all monies raised at the event will provide additional comforts and equipment for the patients at Barry Hospital.
