CHAMPIONS We Are was the start of the chorus song for the children's summer play scheme organised through the Methodist churches in Barry.

I would like to say a big thank you to the Rev Sue O'Hare and the volunteers who worked so hard to make the week such a success.

The play scheme was held at Barry Island Community Centre and my daughters, Beth and Sara, thoroughly enjoyed themselves and couldn't wait to return each day. I look forward to seeing you next year.
