Foul play

I have read somewhere that never mind what the dogs do, look more to humans and their actions.

I am a dog owner and pick up whenever my dogs empty their pockets, so to speak.

I also use the red bins provided but an incident on Thursday makes me wonder, if that is really what I should be doing.

We were walking in Victoria Park there was a courting couple and four young boys. I watched from afar and saw one young boy open a red bin and retrieve a bag.

He was not alone the others were encouraging him. He used the bag as a missile to annoy the courting couple. I tackled the lad and had a load of abuse.

What else did I expect?

No doubt dog owners will be accused of picking it up but incapable of placing it in the bins.
