Near miss

I refer to the article "Vet let our dog suffer" by Ian Bebb. Unfortunately this contains two errors which we request are corrected as soon as possible:

This practice is known as Barry Animal Health Centre and not Barry Veterinary Hospital.

We made it clear that we would not comment on a specific case owing to client confidentiality requirements. The second sentence of Mr Bebb's report implies that we have commented on the incident reported by him. This is not the case.

We would be grateful if you would correct these errors without delay.
