Disgusting

MUCH has been made, and rightly so, of dog owners who allow their animals to foul the beaches and public areas at Barry Island.

However, what I witnessed today defies belief! A short distance away from me, under the Eastern Shelter on the Barry Island promenade, at 3pm was a group of four lads, complete with skateboards.

One particular lad, in a two-tone blue jacket, was actually defecating on the promenade!

Although no longer recommended practice in canine training, perhaps this lad would benefit from having his nose rubbed in it to, hopefully, prevent him from carrying out the same disgusting display again.
