Law ignored

IS it not time that the by-laws in this town were enforced? Namely, litter-dropping, dog fouling, and last but not least, graffiti.

Having walked the length of Dock View Road recently the dog's mess on both sides was very evident.

Some public-spirited person placed two notices on their front fence. Alas these were torn down. So what these dog owners are saying in effect is we will do what we want to!

To get on the subject of graffiti. A certain "Murphy" has left their mark all over town. Surely the police can trace these morons?

Lastly, if one stands on any corner in town, litter will be dropped in defiance of the law.

If these laws are ignored, why have them.
