Young gymnasts' Welsh call-ups

SIX Barry gymnasts are celebrating this week after winning international honours.

All the girls are from Barry Rhythmic Gymnastic Club.

Lorelei Westcott gained a place in the Welsh national squad, Nicole Gannon won a place in the Welsh development squad and while the four other gymnasts, Jemima Westcott, six, Shannon Bates, six, Sophie Lloyd and Carys Knapman, both eight, were called up to the Welsh preparation squad.
