Keep quiet

HOW stupid the Vale of Glamorgan Council is to announced to the world there will be CCTV cameras monitoring Central Park.

The idea of cameras in certain areas is a good idea, but when there are people trashing and destroying things and they are wearing black ski masks, how can they be identified?

Don't let people know about the cameras and the crime rate will drop. In other words, don't let one hand know what the other is doing.
