Caring help

A FEW weeks ago I hit a cat that ran out in front of me. I phoned the Tynewydd Road veterinary practice in my panic and within minutes a woman, I think Kerry was her name, helped me to try and find it. She provided on-the-spot support and help and stayed until we lost hope of finding the cat.

I offered her a call out fee and she refused. The cat was, eventually found, although not alive, and its owner was more than grateful. The care from the veterinary practice was fantastic; there was no hesitation to my call of help.

Please thank her for caring.
