I am writing this letter to let the people of Barry know what a wonderful time my work friends and I had when we went to the Memo Christmas party on Saturday, December 6. The three course meal was excellent, the 10-piece Big Macs Soul Band and 'No Static' disco were brilliant and there were fair-priced drinks.

I would like to see this more often. Well done Kate Long, venue manager at The Memo, for a good and well-organised event. We will see you next year.
