BOOM town.
What a joke, more like dirty boom town.
Where I live no litter bins, and fires every night.
You name it, it gets dumped every night.
Not a policeman in sight.
The land at the rear of Palmerston is full of litter.
We have asked many times to have it cleaned, no luck.
