Charity match raises £1,333 for Holme Tower
MILLWOOD Bowling Club, Barry, held its annual charity match last Sunday.
A most enjoyable day helped to raise the magnificent sum of £1,333 which has been presented to Holme Tower, the Marie Curie Cancer Hospice, at Penarth.
Many other Millwood events throughout the year have helped to reach this target, including the Millennium Walk around Barry, coffee mornings, raffles and a bric-a-brac stall.
