I AM the founder of the Bankruptcy Association and we are now in our twentieth year offering independent advice on debt and bankruptcy issues to people facing these problems.

Millions of people in Britain are suffering from debt problems. Credit card debt, in particular is a huge problem.

Many very young people find themselves saddled with mountainous debts.

Every type and class of person can become afflicted with debt problems.

People we have recently helped include a single parent with credit card debts and a publican whose business recently collapsed.

Many hundreds of people join our Association each year in order to take advantage of our experience and expertise in regard to problems concerning debt problems and bankruptcy issues.

Membership also receive a newsletter several times a year. Our service is completely confidential and non judgemental.
