Rude staff

I TOO totally agree with the previous two letters published (Barry & District News, April 10) about the rudeness and attitude of the staff at Sully Civic Amenity Site.

This job is obviously to much for them to handle, as they can't even manage to be polite.

It's a shame the previous staff who managed the site for years before them aren't still employed there.

They were always polite and very helpful.

I think its time these letters of complaint were forwarded to the contractors, maybe then the customer service would improve.
