MY NAME is Michelle Penny and I am the Young Persons Contact for the Welsh Association of ME & CFS Support (WAMES).

I am 18 years of age and have had ME since about 1995.

WAMES is developing a Young Persons Network and we would like to contact as many young Welsh people with this distressing illness as is humanly possible and ask if they would like to receive our very first bilingual newsletter free of charge.

Our organisation is based in Wales and is interested in promoting and campaigning for better services for all people of Wales with ME and CFS.

If you are a young person under the age of 26 who has ME or CFS, you know somebody who may be interested, or are a professional working in the field of medicine, education or social services and would like to receive a copy of our bilingual newsletter or would like to know more about WAMES, then please contact us in the following ways:
