Even human mess!

THROUGH your paper, I would like to ask the council why, from January 18 to January 21 and again on February 12 and February 13, the beaches of Whitmore Bay and the Old Harbour were covered in human excrement?

I was under the impression that the sewage disposal system was supposed to prevent this from happening.
