Grim sale

While I understand the pressures of the newspaper business makes you strive to keep abreast of situations, I must speak out on behalf of the residents of Rutland Close.

I do not know any of them personally, but I feel sorry for each and every one of them. I imagine that they are ordinary people, living ordinary lives. Only they can't, can they?

The fact the Mochrie's house has the audacity to consider itself marketable seems to have opened the sluice gates again.

It must be, to quote the News 'grim' to have the name of your street dragged up every time something happens in your neighbourhood. That quiet little cul-de-sac has never asked for anything but to be left alone. It is time to let the community heal.
