I AM writing in support of the letter that you recently published from Annabel Freeman.

My family are also frequent users of the internet and are fed up of the slow 56K modem service that is our only alternative for the area we live in.

I'm not a fan of BT but, there's not really an alternative for my area, so I can only suggest the people who are interested should pre-order Broadband at the following BT web site: http://www.bt.com/btbroadband/ns_home.jsp
